I'm a Product Design Lead who's spent 20 years making the complicated simple — from physical products at Bosch & Siemens to AI-powered learning experiences at Babbel.

I've worked across industries — telco at Telefónica, fintech at BBVA, EdTech at Babbel — and across disciplines, from service design and brand strategy to full-stack development. As a designer, I run lean experiments that move business metrics: +21% class bookings, +7% user activation. Start with the mess.

Give me the contradictory data, the clashing goals, the stuff nobody's figured out yet. The right solution lives inside the right question — not the first good idea.

I vibe-code real products with AI. Lovable Themes is a SaaS I designed and shipped end to end. A scrappy thing in the world beats a polished deck in a meeting room.

Design that disappears.

The best work doesn't look designed. It feels like of course — like it was always supposed to be there. That effortlessness is the hardest thing to achieve.
